P.L.A.N.T Mentoring

Sage Learning’s PLANT (Providing Legitimate Alternatives & Nurturing Talent) Mentoring program aims to raise esteem and plant seeds of positivity into the minds of young people aged between 11-18. This service includes 1-2-1 mentoring that aims to guide young people into positive mindsets and actions that allow them to achieve their potential. This is combined with tailored ETE support and signposting services.

Young people are being coerced into criminal activity at an alarming rate, according to MOJ stats In 2020 there were 11,928 first time entrants into the criminal justice system.

By providing young people with the relevant tools and skills to achieve their goals we also provide opportunity for change and an alternative to criminal enterprise.
